    "After a long divorce and after living at my parents house for over a year, I decided it was time to start the hunt for my dream house. Vivian and I meet by accident at the very first open house I went to during my search. We clicked immediately, Vivian struck me as a person that I could trust during a sensitive time in my life. She was just what I needed, but didn’t know it yet. Vivian and I first meet for a coffee, very casual and very friendly. In this meeting Vivian and I got to know each other and she really got to know what I was looking for in my dream house. I felt that I had created an impossible list of wants and needs in my future home. I also thought that I would have Vivian searching for a very long time. As it turned out, Vivian was up to the challenge and after seeing only three houses, she had done it, she found just the right home for me, she checked every box on my impossible list. The process after finding the house, was the smoothest buying process that I have been though, and I have Vivian to thank. She was always available to me should I have any questions or needed any advice. She always worked within my schedule and I felt that she was happy for me too.
