After a long divorce and after living at my parents house for over a year, I decided it was time to start the hunt for my dream house. "We came to Alberta from BC a few months ago with the intention of buying a house in Cochrane. We had rented a small apartment initially to give us a base to work from. We had no idea what was involved in buying a house in Alberta. One thing we did know and soon found out is that it was different from BC. We looked on the internet to find a realtor and found Ken Morris and associates. We went to their office and our good fortune began. We met Vivian Cox and from there it was easy sailing. We are an elderly couple and weren’t to sure of how to proceed and Vivian literally took us under her wing.
